SC Dance
- Price tags on food
  - SC asks clubs & committees as opportunity for fundraising
- Used to be better in previous years
Meeting w/ admin: Dances had exclusive element, "oversexualized"

Neel Bagh
- Lots of people -> big headache
UN Day
- Food: Admin thought that PA was unlikely to be willing to provide food for UN day international lunch
  - PA said that they were willing
Exams
- Lowering weight of exams was proposed
  - Discussions did not continue

Dymond:
- Single student was behind the letter
- No widespread concern
- Teachers manipulating students
PA executive committee:
- Multiple sources of low enthusiasm
- PA in full support
All attendees:
- It is necessary to keep open channels of communication
- That the changes were not intended to erode UNIS spirit

Admin: Posters may result in suspension
Our take: Fliers and posters diplomatic way of expressing concerns
- States posters:
  - Gave message that States is important, will allow students to go in future
  - SC should send thank-you letter
